What happens when a company producing colorful socks and accessories meets with a foundation working to improve the lives of cancer patients? It's simple: there will be socks that wear well and help a lot!
We have joined forces with the Rak'n'Roll Foundation (in Polish "rak" is cancer) to create the world's first socks that help get through cancer. This is how the KABAK x Rak'n'Roll collection was created, featuring three limited edition sock designs inspired by the organization's work. Their task is to spread awareness of the salutary power of prophylaxis and regular examinations, but not only - the socks also contribute to direct help for the Foundation's charges, as the entire profit from their sale goes to Rak'n'Roll, supporting the implementation of its projects and programs.
The socks created as part of the KABAK x Rak'n'Roll collection are a kind of illustration of selected elements of the Foundation's activities, specifically the Daj Włos! or, "Give a Hair", (under which the Foundation collects hair cut by volunteers and, in cooperation with a professional wigmaker, creates natural wigs for its wards), activities encouraging regular breast ultrasound examinations, including during pregnancy, and the Foundation's main slogan, "We collect for boobs, new hairstyles and drugs."
