If you bought a product, as a consumer you can return (withdraw from the contract) or exchange the products purchased from us within 30 days of receiving them, without giving any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal (return), you must inform us - KABAK Katarzyna Stępska, e-mail: email@example.com - about your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example a note sent by an e-mail).
You can use our form (DOWNLOAD FORM), but it is not mandatory. You can also complete and send any other unequivocal statement electronically to our e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org or by post.
In case of a return, within 14 days we will refund 100% of the costs incurred (in connection with the purchase of products and shipment) - except for the difference in costs between the cheapest available in the store and the chosen method of delivery. The refund will be made in the same way as earlier payment of funds under the concluded contract.
In case of withdrawal, please immediately return (within 14 days of submitting the declaration) the purchased products at your expense to the following address: KABAK Katarzyna Stępska, Wola Bykowska 31, 97-306 Grabica.
What if you, as a consumer, would like to change a size or color? If we have a product that you would like to receive in exchange for a purchase, you can use the form (DOWNLOAD FORM), and send it to our e-mail address email@example.com or by post. We will inform you about the possibility of exchange. Please send the purchased products at your expense to the following address: KABAK Katarzyna Stępska,Wola Bykowska 31, 97-306 Grabica.
You can also send it back to us within 30 days of receiving the product and describe exactly what you would like to exchange / return and what is the reason. If we do not have a product to exchange, we will refund the purchase cost as in case of withdrawal. Please remember that products returned or exchanged can't be used or worn.
Products prepared for individual orders (personalized) or products acquired by the entrepreneur are not refundable or exchangeable on the above conditions.
We do our best to ensure that all KABAK products have been precisely finished and meet rigorous quality standards. In case the item you obtained is damaged, you have a right to make a complaint. Take a photo of a damaged part, fill out a form available under this link (DOWLOAD FORM) and email them at this address: firstname.lastname@example.org Within 14 days from receiving your message, we'll reach out to you and inform you about the next steps that need to be taken.
