How we work?
Fill out the brief
Fill out the product brief, which can be found on this sub-page for personalization baseball caps. Remember, the more information you include in it, the easier it will be for us to get back to you with a precise offer :)
Wait for an offer
We will carefully review the brief you send us and get back to you promptly with an offer tailored to your needs.
Accept the project
Based on the guidelines you send us, we prepare baseball caps and label/tag designs, which then go to you for approval. We will make any corrections at your request.
Production starts!
After you approve the project, we start with the production and printing of tags/labels. Approximate lead times for baseball caps is about 6-8 weeks, depending on the material and colors availability.
Expect a package :)
Done! We label the finished products, pack them in paper carton boxes and ship them to the address you specify. Now all that's left is waiting for the package :)

FAQ
We can customize the cap with the color of the material (which you choose from the available color palette) and embroidery on the cap. Depending on the size of the embroidery, we can do more or less detail.
An additional option for personalization is a label that we can pin to the cap.
Yes, in our offer we have several models that we can sew for you. The solution we offer is the most universal, but we have the ability to customize the product to your expectations If you are interested in a different model of cap than the one available in our standard offer, send us, along with the filled brief, a photo of inspiration, and we will certainly find a suitable solution together!
Of course, we have the option of several embroideries on the cap. The only places where embroidery will not be done are the rigid parts of the cap, such as the visor or the canopy. Let us know what kind of locations and embroideries you would be interested in, and we will search the optimal solution 😊
