You will receive the product names after placing an order. If you need the product names before placing an order, please let us know. We will send you the appropriate file via email. The product identification number we use is the EAN. Each product has its own EAN, which is printed on the product label.

Product photos, commonly referred to as packshots, are available on our Dropbox. The link provides access to a collection of folders organized by category. The easiest way to locate photos for a specific product is by using its EAN number. Simply enter the EAN into the Dropbox search bar, and the product's photos will be displayed.
On the product pages, we have included a link that directs you to the folder containing photos of products within the relevant category.
Our product range includes only two categories that have additional safety information: scented candles and pins. Products in other categories do not require safety information.
Safety information for scented candles is specific to each candle due to the use of different fragrance oils.
