Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions

Regulations of the Loyalty Program of Kabak.com.pl Online Shop

  1. General provisions
    1. The loyalty program (hereinafter referred to as the "Program") is conducted by the online store www.kabak.com.pl, which belongs to KABAK Katarzyna Stępska, 51 Hoża Street, 00-681 Warsaw, hereinafter referred to as the "Store".
    2. The purpose of the Program is to reward customers for purchases made at the Store.
    3. The Program operates only in the online store www.kabak.com.pl and does not include orders from other sales channels, in particular the stationary store owned by the company, other online sales platforms.
  2. Participation in the Program
    1. A participant in the Program may only be a person who:
      1. has an active customer account in the Store,
      2. has completed at least two orders within 365 days back from the moment of placing the order,
      3. the total value of these orders is at least PLN 350.
  3. Discount
    1. Each participant in the Program who meets the conditions of participation is entitled to a discount of 20% on subsequent purchases in the Store.
    2. The discount does not combine with other promotions and discounts offered by the Store.
    3. The discount does not include already discounted products, products in the outlet section and charity products.
    4. The discount does not combine with other discounts, including the discount for signing up for the Store's newsletter.
  4. Discount counting rules
    1. The Store's system counts orders qualifying for the Program on the basis of data from 365 days back at the moment of placing the order.
    2. The Program participant is informed of the discount granted by a message on the Store's website. When placing an order, a discount code named 'Loyalty Discount' will appear in the customer's shopping cart. The discount will accrue automatically.
  5. Duration of the discount
    1. The discount is valid upon fulfillment of the conditions listed in Section 2. of these terms and conditions. The discount expires automatically when the Program Participant ceases to meet the necessary conditions.
    2. A customer may join the Program multiple times. Each time he/she fulfills the conditions he/she will automatically join the Program.
  6. Final provisions
    1. The Store reserves the right to change the Program regulations at any time.
    2. Any changes to the regulations will be announced on the Store's website.
